 27mg 4-AcO-MET : A ReIntro to Psyches

ROA: Oral (parachute)
Onset: 10min
Come-up: 30min
History: Alot, we'll leave it at that.
Set/setting: Good Mood, slightly anxious/ Bedroom
Ok, a breif preamble and we'll get into the meat of it. There seemed to be quite a lacking of info on this chemical on the web, so I figure I would add some data to the small pile. Not too keen on writing these, as such, so bear with me as I tumble through this report.
I was feel a slight apprehension about doing this compound, seeing as I hadn't tripped in close to a year. I've been experimenting for many years, and needed a bit of a break. Recently, though, I've felt the call urging me back to this sacred territory. And here we are.
I'm not sure if it was the excitement or just anxiety for not really knowing where I would be going with this compound that kept me at bay for a few hours before I dosed, but probably a mixture of the two. I dosed 27mg at 3:30pm.
0:00: Dosed, watching tv. Kinda scrambling right now as im a little hesitant having taken this. Oh well, I made the choice, now I follow it.
0:10 Swear I'm already feeling my first alerts. I attribute this to the lack of stomach contents, the beer I consumed with it, and the minimal way in which I wrapped it. Definitely a tryptamine, I can stop worrying about possible mixed batches somewhat.
0:30 Well off base line now, letters moving, everything has a nice gentle flow to it. The comeup was slightly different than cubes though. That's to be expected. Come up is always a bit rough for me in my experience, as my mind tries valiantly to rationalize the situation and many wounded parts of my psyche rise to the surface in it's attempt to make sense of this whole process.
1:00-4:00 It's On. Pure and utter madness, yet oh so familiar. I short for anything even resembling thought at this point. I somehow managed to put the discovery channel on about 20 min prior and it proved to be a most excellent choice. How the Universe was made.
No true hallucinations to speak of with OEV's. However, there was still a significant perceptual shift. Everything was different, it's all alive. Not only were the objects in my percerption crawling with life, they were laden with meaning. Raw meaning, understanding was in everything. A door is not just a peice of wood, it's a manifestation of a part of me, as is everything.
I remembered hearing a few things right before I peaked and I uttered them back to myself. "Silence is the Key." and "Hate is a misunderstanding." and "Where before, so too will I be after." I had no capacity to realize how important these were for me at the time, they just came through me and seemed totally natural. The only words I spoke all night as well.
Visual distortion was only part of the mess, all of the sound emanating from my TV seemed to move into it's own quadrant of the room. At times I could hear music coming from my air conditioner, as if it were an instrument.
It's hard to recollect beyond this point. Just pure understanding and meaning, with no logical method to make sense of it.
I watched a few episodes of ancient aliens, and one place caught my immediate attention. Markawasi. I hope to visit this place someday. Something about it, but it could have been the way they were portraying it as well.
I apologize for the lack of data here, but I am writing this about a week in areers. I will say though, considering the quickness of the onset with this experience the duration was still about 7hrs, and even at that point I had slight visual distortions.
Went to bed finally around 1:30am

thank you so much for this report! as this was one chemical i have been thinking about obtaining and like you said info is scarce, do you have any expirience with 4-aco-dmt to compare it to? that is my other choice. and im somewhat confused, were there significant, or very little oev's and cev's?

Oh, just noticed how clumped up that post was. Fixed.
Sorry, no experience with 4-aco-dmt yet. From my understanding the dmt is slightly shorter acting than the met.
Oh no, there were visuals aplenty. Fractals everywhere, but overlayed on objects in my waking reality. I got this sense of a grid too, floating in space infront of me, I think I would need a larger dose to get it to come into focus though. Being so minimally research at the moment, I don't know that I will be going much higher in dose in the future.
CEV's I have no recollection of for whatever reason, they were there though. I remember the emotion of seeing them, but can't recall their form as such.
AcO-DMT is supposed to be lovely though, so I really can give a recommendation.

hmmm sounds like an interesting chemical! at this point im leaning towards met, how do the visuals compare to dmt (not 4aco dmt, but nn,dmt) and how does the overall trip compare to good ol fungus haha

It's a much closer experience to fungi than n,n. Nothing is like n,n though in my experience. I guess salvia would be somewhat close to the n,n experience for the mere "immersion" it produces.
I doubt one is "better" than the other, they are both they're own unique experience. Spiritually, I didn't feel as connected as I do on mush though.
Hope this helps. Also, I tend to be a little more sensitive to these compounds than most people, just an FYI.
