You do have to consider, though, that people in the "below average" Asian countries are just smaller over all. The result of this is that their penises are proportional to their body size, as is often the case with people.
A woman in a country with small penises might also have a proportionally short vagina, which would mean that they wouldn't feel shorted by the penises of their males.

That pic makes me think that kangaroos are a big part of ancient Egyptian culture but some how got killed off on mainland Africa/Asia and some how stuck around on Australia.
