Blogs you can POTENTIALLY make money yes. But usually as mentioned it is usually pennies.
Most internet ventures FAIL, most NEVER MAKE ANY MONEY.

Just because there are a few success stories, doesn't mean you are just going to hop on a automatic gravy train.
For every success story there are probably 1,000 failure stories.

And I don't think a blog about meditation is going to rake in millions, especially with your attitude, sorry.

Dude just stop arguing. There are millions of ways to make money, you don't have to criticize other peoples suggestions when yours are weak as hell to begin with.

When the credits finally roll for this, the worst story ever told, don’t bother sifting through the names for yours or anyone you know. Unless they were by chance a shepherd king, a virgin birth, a resurrection, a messianic prince or some such childish thing. You can storm the edit suite or move to block its theatrical release, but I think we can safely guarantee that there will be no revisions to the script made on behalf of a supporting cast(e).

I think Mr Muscaria offered a variety of helpful suggestions. You've offered one really weak one, and then spent the rest of the thread flaming him for being a "garage sale warrior" and you think he must smoke a lot of meth.

Not really, if flaming was part of it(I was still flamed first, and I was contributing to the thread.), then toughen up, but mostly my intention was to dispell the lie that making some venture online was impossible. What if OP actually has the making of a really good online small biz entrepreneur?

It's still an idea, get over yourselves.

If you got a car you can ride around and pick up furniture that people throw out, re-sell it at a flea market or on a website like kijiji. It'd be a decent amount of working just moving the stuff around but you would see a lot more profit then selling fuckin crystals to dirty hippies.

Or you could you know, get a job.

I think the point of the thread was to provide good ideas that would make the OP quick amounts of money because he only had 30 dollars to his name and was trying to find a job.

A two year investment to at best hopefully make some money off a blog would therefore be a bad suggestion. Yes, he could make money quicker by picking up cans off the side of the road. He doesn't have time to write blogs and hope for a good out come.
