 Cleaning bathroom before mushroom grow, need advice

Hey guys some parts of my bathroom are pretty gnarly and before I get started growing mushrooms I'd like to get it taken care of. Some of the spots are kinda difficult to clean that go beyond just scrubbing and brushing and I need some advice on how to repair these areas.
#1. This is A window above the shower as you can see it has a lot of dirt and possibly water damage that has eroded the paint and exposed the drywall and the underneath of the window itself. How would I clean and repair this? Could I apply spackle to this area in order to seal it?
#2. This is on the floor up against the bath tub, as you can see the caulking is totally gone and its filthy in that crevice, you can't see it in the picture but the linoleum is actually peeling back, in other words it's not totally flat on the floor like it should be. Would I have to tear up this whole section so I could clean it, then reseal it? Exactly what should I use to reseal it?
#3. This is in the corner where the bathtub and the (wood) wall trim meet, along with it being pretty dirty it also has some water damage and is completely exposed on the side and underside. How could I clean, seal and repair this? Would I have to completely remove & replace the trim?
My problem is trying to find the right tool to clean the crevices, a toothbrush and sponge were not really effective. If anyone has any experience constructing/repairing bathrooms that could give me some advice I'd sure like to hear from you because I have no idea how to clean these areas, and they are long overdue for a cleaning.

Get some water proof silicone caulking and re-caulk all the joints.

Ok smartass sab= still air box or glove box for the obvious noob... Br is bathroom that terrible place you are thinking of inoculating . Simple  Could it possible take that much effort to clean a fucking bathroom?

Sorry I didnt mean to be a smart ass, I was just kinda annoyed there for a second, lol.  I don't actually plan to do any of my work in the bathroom, I'm just trying to clean this section of the house as best I can to reduce possible contamination.

Lol this is mush cult .. oh wait ( mushroom cultivation ) not housekeeping 101 but bleach is your friend in this case

Clean it up so the caulk will better adhere. Let it dry. Run a bead of caulk down the seam. Let it dry. Check for any gaps then Scrap/cut away any excess residue.
Whether growing or not it's something you should do, generaly bathroom humidity can damage the underlying wood causing mold and other nasties to grow.

People need to stop assuming people know abbreviations.
Use your fucking brains.. If the OP seems like a total beginner, then write everything out for them. If it seems they already kind of know what they're talking about, go ahead an abbreviate because chances are they'll know what you mean.
If you're going to go ahead and give advice in the first place then make sure they don't have to come back to ask again. Use.. Your.. Fucking.. BRAINS!!! If you have one.

I'm kinda new here " and nothing would of been said but he had to take a shot at me so.... That's what he gets sorry if its up to your standards little feller ...

Ive had no problem in gross bathrooms, a steril gross bathroom is a sterile bathroom with a little steril dirt and spiderwebs. lazy yes, but sweating small stuff.

It's not the dust in the cracks that matter, it's the mold spores in the air. Get a laminar hood and wear a mask / gloves / tyvek sleeves and cap.

Here's what I do now until I get my flowhood up and running:
- Took the bottom 8'x2' metal shelving out of my pantry
- Extended it across from the top 8'x2' metal shelf in my 10'x12' walk-in closet onto a slightly lower (1-2 ft) metal shelf on the other wall
- bought a huge roll of plastic sheeting from HD (which is the more expensive place to get stuff IMO/E) for about $10
- Threw the roll over the shelf, extended the ends and taped them to the walls with packing tape (leaving one end open)
- then I taped another sheet over the open end's wall, leaving a nice little secret plastic doorway
- So, it acts as a "still-air clean room", as with my closet door closed and me inside the plastic "box" (if you please), I then used a sab (still air box) to do all my work in
I didn't use a sab at all in here for a while, and I still have yet to get any contams at all since I've lived here the past 4 months... so the sab is overkill IMO/E anyways... at least for syringe work (glcs, noccing up grain jars, etc)
Oh, and btw- packing tape will take paint off your walls- i don't give a shit because I have an extra tub of paint and my lease doesn't run up for another 10 months
but here's a pic of it so you can get an idea (you can construct this anywhere you have room on both sides to set your "roof" on):
Hope that helps- pretty ghetto and mediocre, but it works and keeps moving air out, and clean sterile air in. All for about $10 and an hour or two of your time
