Those idiots who suggest adding something to the weed sure don't think much.
Forgetting for a moment that that's a shitty thing to do, it's a great way to attract attention to your home when one of the little shitbags freaks out.
Their lack of reasoning and sense are epic.

Make honey oil from the weed until it's completely spent, then leave it out for them to smoke to their heart's content. Pranks aside, a more effective technique would probably be to communicate that there will be no more fucking with your shit or else, without actually making any specific threats. Act real nice for a little bit and then suddenly put on a real serious face and tell them they better not fuck with your shit again. That way they're always guessing even if you act friendly.

The thing is that kids know one can not physically touch them without some legal repercussions. This makes them VERY smartassy and shitty. If they do not respect him as their elder/sister bro then they are probably just shitty assess altogether.
One could get someone their own age to beat them. BUT, violence leads to more... *sigh*. Locking everything up is the best solution.
