Wow man your fucked. You should seek help asap. I know its been said, but why should you choose who can reproduce and who can't. You shouldn't even dream of doing shit like that. Just cause someone is fucked up doesnt mean they can't turn their life around. Maybe some dead beat prick just might clean himself up and start offering something to his fellowman.

This wouldn't be an organization that requires your donation. As a chemist I'd have access to supplies as well as knowledge for syntheses and my shadow army of surgeons wouldn't have too much trouble acquiring necessary materials for our operation. Everything would come out of our pockets.
However, requests could definitely be taken as long as the target can be shown beyond a reasonable doubt to be unfit to reproduce/raise children.
Also, I know that sterilizing people wouldn't stop them from bypassing reproduction and adopting, but at least there are measures taken to help prevent children from going to bad homes. It's by no means fool proof, but the odds of a kid ending up with good foster parents are slightly better than the odds a newborn faces with his or her biological parents.

Sure, people can change for the better. If by chance they were sterilized and later cleaned up and wanted to raise a kid, there's always adoption.
I've had my head examined by the way. I'm fine. Unless I'm so fucked up that I can easily fool psychiatrists and psychologists into thinking I'm fine

It is very difficult to get away with abducting people these days. Every cell phone is also a gps tracker. If you want to do your fantasy maybe go to a third world country and set up a clinic as the charity doctor. In the western world I think you'll end in imprisoned pretty fast. Good luck. And remember, every mad scientist needs a doomsday weapon!

While I'm sure I haven't considered every possible hitch to the fantasy, I've definitely thought about how technology would be a hindrance. I wouldn't consider phones with GPS tracking to be too big of a problem, because the targets wouldn't be missing long. Each mission would be executed with surgical precision (  ), and would probably take half a day. Phones can be ditched easily if need be.
Cameras would probably be more of a problem. Traffic cameras picking up the same vehicles/plates in the vicinity of involuntary sterilization incidents could be a real threat. One surgeon might need several vehicles at disposal instead of one. Anything involving electronic currency would have to be very carefully done so as to not raise suspicion. Cash would be used whenever possible. As technology advances so will our methods for evading detection.
I don't want a doomsday weapon.
