Hello,
I understand that different asian countries have made different mushroom wines at different points.
I am looking for primary source information about these in period and preferably english language translation of said sources. If anyone can help me with this information search I would greatly appreciate it. Google doesn't seem to pull much up for me.

I once had a Chinese wine made with duck. Sounds super funky but wasn't half bad.
But I've also had a rice wine called Wu Liang Je which was 70% and fucking rough.

Not a whine, but the recipe of the week for the American Homebrewers Association is Nirvana Chanterelle Ale, it calls for soaking a half pound of chanterelles in vodka, if I can find some I want to give it a go.
