Just an update, i did receive the product and have been using it for about 2-3 weeks and have seen significant results. The redness is fading, the warts are shrinking and almost gone. When you apply the cream it feels tingly and burning like icey hot or something. The roughness around my head is not turing smooth again and feel great to the touch. Its completely turning back to normal. No scars, no burning off works, hardly any pain besides the few minute icey hot tingle when you first apply.
