Anyway i always get the same demon, its a girl and she whispers. She sits on my back, occasionally rubs my neck.
Its kind of soothing.

nice. That sounds like a pretty chill sleep paralysis. My episodes were always with a loud ringing noise in my ears and the extreme fear that I was about to be abducted by aliens.

I used to get extreme fear because they are demonic whispers.
It doesn't really scare me anymore. I keep my eyes shut also now because there are freaky shadow people when i open them. Plus im only 50% conscious, so often my eyes are already shut.

damn...ive had it once...I was lying there next to the cabinet with all my uncle danny's stuff in it...who is dead...and I woke up...staring at everything...aware but in a sense of fear or...something... then I literally felt enerygy rush from my head (the closest to the cabinet) thrugh my body...my grandpa who lived in that house had died recently too....when the energy was in my body I had a seizure like reactions...couldn't stop shaking...but I was aware enough to know that it was a sleep paralysis...after I stopped shaking I tried to move and couldn't....maybe thats when I thought it was sleep paralysis idk... anyway I wasnt really panicking at all...though it was a very very strange experience....

I've only had sleep paralysis one time that I can remember, but it came one night after I had just moved into apartment "606" and I had this joking thought that maybe this room was possessed by Satan before bed.
Sure enough I "woke up" in my dream and felt the presence of Satan in my room, and thought I would be safe if I just got out of my room, but I was paralyzed in bed - couldn't breathe, couldn't move, etc. Felt like I was being choked.
Finally with all my might I leaped out of bed, opened my door and sprinted out but there were stairs in my dream for some reason and I fell down them. Then when I got up I felt a satanic presence behind my back, so I turned around...
...and woke up.

That, you shake violently. I used to do that ALL the time. It was like i was seizing, even though i knew it was SP.

dude a year ago i had sleep paralysis hallucinations for the first time that were so intense i almost shat myself
saw a dark spirit figure hovering around my room, voices that were outside of my head whispering into my that i was going to go to hell. hands on my body. it sounded like someone was plunging my toilet outside of my room, and i could hear demonic chanting and horses galloping.

Creepy..
I was literally talking to a neighbor, yesterday, about how I enjoy sleep paralysis. I was explaining how I like to observe the feelings, thoughts, and possible hallucinations that occur during the experience.
She's not so into it. She said it freaks her out every time.

I have chose to do in while lucid dreaming twice. I found it kinda wierd.
The female demonic seductive thing sounds like a succubus to me. I have had the craziest experience with a succubus during having sex when my girlfriend (who is a medium) blacked out and it was just fucking bad....It went on for a long long time and after it felt like all my energy was drained. I was entranced I wasn't myself. I couldn't stop....
