Wow watching that interview was painful.
The fact we people like in our government is an unbelievable disgrace. It's not just the fact that they are in the DEA. We shouldn't have people this unqualified to be in the position they're in, in any government organization.

She knows the facts. But without cannabis the DEA loses a LOT of funding. Not to mention every police bureau in the country...
Without cannabis there are significantly less people to arrest. It's purely monetary.

It's obvious the DEA is dependent on the Drug War and I"m sure she knows it, but that doesn't necessarily rule out the idea that she also BELIEVES what she said, or remains ignorant of the facts.

Think if you were in her position, what kind of data would you rely on to answer that question?

She claims to be an expert, I however from watching that video clip would disagree and recommend that she go to Colorado and find a quality dispensary and order up some really quality doobage and a delivery system. Return to her hotel room or safe house and consume said doobage. Maybe do this for several weeks or even months to really get a good understanding of the "High" and the addictive (I call BS on this, it's habit forming) properties. Now, with this information and experience go find a street dealer of heroin. Just whatever she can find (I'm sure she will be asking the dealer about quality control as well), just enough for a week or two. I believe then she should report back to Mr. Polis from Colorado  on her experience.
She is just the slave doing her masters biddng!

I would say that the dangers and health impacts of of marijuana and heroin are of entirely different natures and that, therefore, their dangers are not comparable. It's not necessarily wrong to think that heroin isn't worse for you than marijuana just because one can kill you and the other can't.

Psychosis brought on by marijuana is extremely limited and something that didn't seem to be an issue until recently. Psychotic breaks and drug psychosis are not the same term.
