Heineken is complete shit. Garbage. Yuengling and Dos Equis I can go along with but not Heineken. Also Bud does not suck.

It's the king of cheap beer to get drunk on, I love it and drink it exclusively unless I want something with flavor.
I think the amount of arguing is only because it was referred to as "king of all beers".

Okay we do have different tastes, but for a company that mass produces a shitton of the Same identical lager, (it's not like they have 6-7 different brews going, they're all the fuckin' same or variations of that, budselect is a variation of budweiser, it's not like a stout compared to an IPA), they need to be offering about the price of Pabst, because on a scale of things, pabst and budweiser are quite similar in flavor, though pabst has a weird variation amongst batches that bud seems to 'catch' and keep out.. Ikind of like the variation...
That said, budweiser SHOULD be 4.99 a 6pack, not 7.99. Deschutes is cheaper here than budweiser.

Bud is close to $6 a six pack around here....crazy you pay 8. Pabst isn't that great either but definitely better priced for its quality. I cant really say one is better than the other they are equal in tatse.

6.99 you mean? I've had a discussion with some of the distributers, you Can't sell it under 6.00 unless you want to make a 0$ profit.

Budweiser doesn't deserve to be in the same price category as garbage like keystone or milwaukees or miller.

What do you mean it doesn't? It's mass produced far beyond its demand, sure it does. Most people who haven't expanded past budweiser as a primary beer don't actually like most classic style beers such as ales, pale ales, stouts, or even hopped lagers. If budweiser invested in making multiple types of ales, not just a single lager with variations on carbs... Yeah you can tell who they're marketting to.. Bud Lime? Good lord, stuff tastes like soda. Just drink mixed drinks if you're going to go down the budlime route...

I've been sampling the macros real close and I think Bud is prob the best but its kinda unfair as the others are all lites...even tho with its synthetic hop oil I think miller lite compares very well to it certainly better than coors light (taste like nothing), and bud light. Pabst is good too perhaps better than all of em but still not that great I think over hyped.

I think you should try drinking something other than macro-brewed lagers for a start. Try some Pale Ales, ambers, and porters and the occasional stout (Not Guiness, guiness is a poor excuse for a stout in the US). You probably won't like IPA's off the get-go considering what you've been drinking, but as you gain a taste for hops you'll end up craving them.

ill kinda give you "bud is king of beers" but only if you add "king of lite beers".
blah blah blah budweiser, mgd and other similar beers are not exactly "lite" beers but anything with that little of flavor can only be one thing, lite beer.

Heh, Lite beer. I guess bud and mgd and all of those are 'lite' beers, but they aren't light beers.
There are a lot of delicious lagers and pilsners out there, brewed by many different craft and microbrewing companies that are Fabulous, and taste far superior while maintaining a crisp light taste than any bud or coors or mgd. And at the price of these macrobrewed beers, 7.99 for a 6 pack, I'd rather pay the same amount for a craft/microbrewed 6 pack.
