If there is a little contamination is it still ok or will the mushrooms be to bad to eat?

Why risk it? My gf and I ate a few grams of cubensis with black bumps on the top and we had massive headaches for two days straight.
Start over.

Depends on what you mean. If the mushroom is rotten you could get food poisoning like eating anything else that's rotten. If you just mean it was growing on contaminated substrate it's fine.

I'd eat mushrooms grown on contaminated substrate. This practice is regarded as safe.
