Some time ago i prurchased spawn from a commercial spawnproducer in India I was supplied with an isolate strain producing low stemmed fruitbodies. Here go some Pict

Its clear from first performance thats this is a mushroom for the future for the warm weather region from 26 Celsius to 35 Celsius Why: 1) looks like the well know and appreciated button mushroom 2) Is about 3 times the size of a button when picked early 3) The weight is about 2,5 times the button mushroom so interesting for the farmer producer 4) Its about 3,5 times cheaper to produce then the button 5) The procedure is less problematic and easy to achieve in the fruiting stage with non skilled workers 6) has excellent taste sloghtly spicy 7) Keep about 6 days in environmental temp and dont stain brown due to the absence of the enzyme who is responsable for the brown staining Really a remarkable mushroom

Nice work BiteP. I like this species as well. To add to your list of advantages, it is also pretty and healthy. So it's easy, tasty, meaty, hardy, pretty and healthy. What more can you ask from an edible?

I was about to ask that myself. :0)
If I have an edible wedge that you would like to try, I'd love to trade for this species.
if at all possible.
Take care,
