Contamination issues with first-time grow (Pics)

Three weeks ago I inoculated 10 BRF jars. I lost one to green mold about two weeks in. And I have three others that I have concerns about (which I keep separate from my other jars):

This jar has a gray, translucent substance at one of the inoculation sites, sandwiched between two areas of healthy mycelium.

This jar has concerned me for a while. It kind of has that "melted ice cream" look but I wasn't quite sure. More recently, small yellow-green spots have appeared.

This one started off with wispy and grayish growth which made me wonder if I had cobweb on my hands, in spite of its being rare with jars. Also, within the past day or two a brown spot has appeared.
Any suggestions? Should I just trash these three jars? Are any salvageable? If I do get rid of them, that will leave me with six jars, though one has yet to grow any mycelium after 21 days so that's likely a lost cause. Of the five healthy jars, one is only halfway colonized and the others around 15-25 percent, which is concerning me as it's been 21 days.
I'd appreciate any advice!

The first two jars appear to have bacteria in them.
The third one doesn't look like cobweb but if the color and texture or even the smell seem off compared to the healthy jars it could be some kind of mold, can't really tell from the pic. If you're not sure I would at least wait until it starts pinning to birth so you know your not birthing a cake of mold.

Does cobweb have a particular smell? And on the third jar, there's a small brown spot. Is that something I could cut off before I dunk and roll?

Any smell that's not mushroomy would be an indication of contamination. Molds generally have a dirt like smell to them. If the cake starts pinning I wouldn't worry about the brown spot it would be metabolites.
