so, since it has been known that clothes carry millions and millions of contaminant dusts and spores, would i be more effective handling inoculation while nude? having bathe prior of course, plus the other more precautionary measures like this and that. hoo-hah.

Dead millions of skin cells flake off all the time and are full of bacteria so no it would be better to wear freshly washed cloths

Wear clean clothes or maybe even don a tyvek suit. You don't want to accidentally swing your dong over your alcohol lamp

Damn didn't think about that. Inoculated my rye bags in my underpants and was very careful about everything, but they all came down with bacteria. I've been trying to figure out what went wrong. Maybe it's because I knocked them up nearly naked LOL. So true, though, didn't even think about skin cells coming off while working.

I do g2g and agar work mostly nude. Clean skin is cleaner than clothes.

is inculation really that big of a deal that you have to be completely sanitary for?
inculation is were you put the spores in your jar with the syringe right?

Absolutely incorrect.
Freshly washed skin is crawling with bacteria. Thousands of dead skin cells flake off by the minute. Use freshly laundered clothes with long sleeves, and wear surgical gloves, mask, etc.
Anyone who works naked is going to have a much higher contamination rate than those wearing clean, freshly laundered clothing.
