alot of jobs i held theres always a point where the raise stops and usually its way behind the inflation so i end up working making less in the end because everything costs more.
i dont really know how to ask for raise properly and how to explain that prices on everything are going up and i need more money lol
i dont have a college education i tried for almsot a year and failed every class and got kinda burned out.
but then i see people with no education making decent money and makes me wonder what they know/have that i dont.

How old are you?
A lot of companies hire in managers based on age and work experience.
Or get a fake degree and move. I actually know a mortgage banker that got his job with a fake degree. A lot of places don't verify transcripts very well.
If you have a clean record and are at least late 20's you shouldn't be making less than $16 an hour. Maybe just look harder.

Well, it depends on what you do, of course. If you're in a position where you are easily replacable with someone that will come in at an equal or lower wage - then there's going to be very little you can do to obtain a raise just for the sake of giving you a raise.
Otherwise, you need to demonstrate to your management that you, personally, are worth the extra investment they get from your raise. Specific skills, an unmatched work ethic, an irreplaceable nature.
Its all supply and demand.

I've never had a company verify my degree or any of my certifications either, though most interviews for technical positions weed out people who don't know their stuff pretty fast.
Data entry pays $10-$15 an hour depend on age and experience, and if you can type worth a shit, you are qualified
