I'm a noob to DMT. I got some a while back, and every time a took a hit, i would just get nauseous and have an intense body high, but No visuals
(i tried to take a big hit, but not as much as possible)
So im thinking i need possibly a bigger apparatus than a gas station meth pipe, so i have more area to fill.
Or, just put in a large amount and hit it as hard as possible?

ther problem is you're only taking one hit. unless you have iron lungs a lot of times the first hit will just make you feel weird and not give any visuals. at least ime

Have you tried using a bong? I know it's not really the "efficient way" to take it in, but this works the best for me. What I do is grab a Steel Wool pad and tear off enough to ball up and fit into the bowl. I use a "oil burner" to melt down the DMT (dance the flame to avoid it smoking. You just want it to melt down). Then I use the pad to soak up the liquid. I place the steel wool ball into the bowl and hit it (dancing the flame again). Usually I keep hitting until I see "legoville"; then take one last hit. This ensures I break through.
Oh and I break through before the after the supposed "60 seconds and you losts the break through". I have built my trip in a 2 minute window so don't panic. Also, having only DMT in the pad (no herbs); you can have more surface area in your lungs to collect a lot of DMT (more effecient).

i read that dmt is water soluble..so some of it could potentially stay in the water.
but i suppose that's why they're titled as less efficient.

Bizarre though it may sound, no DMT of any consequence will be lost in the water... at least not more than would adhere to the sides if the bong was dry.
You will lose next to nothing in the bong and will get a much smoother hit, but if the bong stem is not vertical you should be ready for the melted DMT to leak through the homemade screen and onto the sides of the bowl.
Speaking of homemade screen, use copper Chore Boy scrubber and not steel wool. There are some kinds of steel wool which aren't safe to smoke off of, and the ones that are safe will still have a funny taste. Chore Boy is widely available and is 100% safe if you burn some junk off it first. Make a little bird's nest, pretty thin and pressed together tight but not so that you can't inhale through it. Hold a lighter under the Chore Boy and burn off the nasty oil lubricant coating it. You will see a puff of black smoke come up from the oil burning off and then the copper is very safe to smoke off of, even after the shiny copper color has turned steel grey or black.
One thing though, the smaller the chamber the better, no matter what pipe you use. The gas station meth pipe (its real name is an oil burner) is a bitch to get multiple hits off of and you can burn the DMT real easy but in terms of chamber size it's actually perfect. So for a bong get the smallest bubbler you can. You want a little chamber you can get rolling with vapor like a wizard's crystal ball. Homemade DMT pipes called "the machine" (search for it here or elsewhere) are easy to make for less than five dollars and are often made from airline liquor bottles if that gives you some idea of the size you're looking for.

Sounds like a plan. Just remember that it might be difficult to get the DMT smell out of the piece, and you have to beware of leftover DMT resin that might yield surprise trips if you smoke weed out of it later.
