 Full body tremors

So I am 18 and prior to this year, I have never had any issue with tremors of any kind though for many years I constantly did that whole vibrating leg thing. Anyways over the past year or so I have had on 3 or 4 occasions what I believe to be full body tremors. Essentially what has happened each time is I will feel cold or something and begin to shiver, at which point I will hop under a blanket. Anyways before long (this happened last night) I will be shaking uncontrollably as if I were freezing to death, though at this point I will have covered myself in blankets. The shaking will last for a few minutes (5 max) and then slowly taper off and allow me some sleep.
Do I need to be worrying about this? I am not one to freak out about minor health problems and I really have no interest in getting this checked out unless this is serious, and I don’t really think that it is

Do you think its because of your tripping ? Or other drug use ?
If this continues to happen I would go to the doctor .

I definitely do not think it is happening because of psychedelics since it has been a few months since my last trip. It could be related to my pot use (I smoke regularly) but I have never heard of something like this happening because of weed, have you?

i have experienced similar symptoms before, exactly like you described about being cold feeling and shivering. I always associated it with anxiety, the last 2 times it happened to me i was hanging out with a girl i was interested in.
when it happens again try taking note of things around you, things happening in your life, what you were thinking about , etc.

This happends almost every time i smoke too much with low tolerance,
i shiver uncontrollably and my hands get very cold.
its usually accompanied by a very high heart rate in my case..

this happens to me randomly as well. it feels like you've gone into shock, then it slowly wears off in a few minutes.
