I would call this an Auricularia species. Tremella fuciformis is white. I could see Tremella foliacea being a possibilty but those grow in really densely clustered units, you'd probably have to take some time separating into each individual piece like you've done. The texture looks consistent with Auricularia (dull, not shiny, because there should be some very tiny velvety hairs).

I just thought they were really tiny, look at the paper towel it's sitting on. It's also extremely pail compared to all of the auricularia I've seen. OP if you have a picture of it on the log, that would help. I could be wrong
