Damn. Did you take testosterone for a hypogonadism or something? Bitch tits sometimes can be reversed with nolvadex from what I've heard but sometimes it requires surgery.

can't it be caused by excessive testosterone, that the body converts to estrogen?
I had a boss with really bad gyno, and you'd assume they'd be feminine and soft, but this dude was like the meanest, baddest mofo ever, but he was from texas too.

And estradiol. You can take an anti-estrogen like arimedex to bring estrogen/estradiol levels down.

Get the surgery. You're only 20 and can heal amazingly well right now. It's an actual medical condition with an actual medical corrective procedure. For your own self confidence, get it done now.

Get the surgery. Get lots of oxycodone.
I hope this isn't considered a cosmetic procedure but a medical one so insurance will cover it. Good luck with that.

It's considered cosmetic. Bitch tits don't harm you physically. My friend had to get the surgery just out of high school cost him 6g a tit.
Have you thought about working your chest out haaaaaard to make em have some muscle underneath for a pec look?
Also yah dude post a pic.

thing about that is I dont just have a fat chest. there is actual glandular breast tissue. that means that no matter how hard I work my chest out the only thing ill get out of it is bigger pecs, and bigger looking tits. gland tissue sitting on top of the muscle and all that jazz....

dude i feel your pain so bad right now. had that shit from like 6th grade all the way through 11th grade. it fucking killed my self esteem (still fixing it), nearly destroyed my back (was always a little hunched to avoid my nipples poking out from my shirt), and summers would be miserable. not only could i not go to the pool, but i was generally having to layer 2 tshirts just so it wouldn't be that noticeable. sometimes i wore compression shirts which i'd constantly have to be tugging down as they'd ride up my stomache. and i wouldn't even say mine was severe, just average. it's really a hell of a stupid condition.
i wouldn't spend too much time with hormone pills or anything of the sort trying to reverse it. SOMETIMES it reverses on it's own, but when i did all the research on this stuff back in the day i couldn't find any worthwhile solution besides surgery.
got the surgery in 11th grade though and my life has been great since. got a girlfriend and can fuck on a regular basis without being self conscious. in fact i almost forgot the whole thing ever happened until i saw this post. i still am not the most comfortable going to pools now. some of the psychological issues take a long time to resolve... but moral of the story, find a GOOD doctor and get the surgery. also pay attention to where he draws the lines before the OP. my doc left a little corner in there which is kind of annoying. good thing is it's not enough to visibly notice but still, some extra self consciousness could have easily been avoided had he drawn the lines correctly.
honestly it's worth the money and i say do it ASAP. you won't believe how much better you'll feel about yourself after

My problem is that I have them and im skinny. If I were fat id have massive ones like OP. I think it looks worse on someone who isnt fat though cuz I cant just blame em on being overweight. If I were to lose 30-40 lbs Id look unhealthy and like a skeleton...Im already underweight.
