Hey guys I want to ask you a question. Can I reuse some of the mycelium from the tub after the shrooms are done growing to colonize more jars?

It would not be worth your time and it would be a breeding ground for contaminates, take your spent mycelium (once you have gotten all the flushes you can get or want from it) and bury it outside following one of the outdoor teks on the main page, not only yielding more in the future (in a stealthier manner) but eventually spreading millions of spores in your local area.

You could start some on agar or you could start on outdoor grow with your old substrate
-------------------- The Edge... There is no honest way to explain it because the only people who really know where it is are the ones who have gone over. The others- the living- are those who pushed their luck as far as they felt they could handle it, and then pulled back, or slowed down, or did whatever they had to when it came time to choose between Now and Later. But the edge is still Out there.

This is probably not the best idea. Once it's been used up in your FC it really isn't optimum for agar work. Use young pin clones if you want to go to agar.
