Tripping without drugs?

Possible? Unpossible?
There's no way something as awesome as a trip is to be confined to the ingesting of entheogens, shirley.
I seem to be able to enact creative energies and dreamlike states by sort of 'swirling' my consciousness while laying in bed. It leads to ecstasies and excitation.
Anyone else find they can 'sort of' trip without drugs in this way?

I've done it a few times by meditation alone. Full OEVs and radically altered thinking. I readily and easily can get CEVs.

With ten years of daily meditation, I never experienced anything otherworldly, nor remotely psychedelic.

You have told us this before; might you divulge what you were doing as 'meditation' (for 10 years)?
there are many practices that go by that name. some of them will not be much different than daydreaming, others just take you from your physical routine into another one.
10 years is a long time to sit out in the cold.
if you were reviewing probability theory during the sessions, you probably achieved something else, with no appreciable shifting in mental state.

Sometimes I see visuals when meditating. Then there is always lucid dreams/obe. More dangerous stuff to induce trippiness would be sleep deprivation, fasting, choking oneself/drowning oneself.

I tripped really hard once when I didn't notice my shoe laces were untied. Almost broke my neck. I wasn't on any drugs at the time either.

I get hallucinations from sleep deprivation. After about 40-50 hours of being awake I will literally hear voices and start to have waking dreams. It's not really a pleasant experience and is terrible for my body I am sure.

Well I don't think it could be truly psychedelic but when I play guitar, drums, listen to music, or read a very captivating book, I just get in these moments where nothing is real except this dream like state where there is no separation from reality/fantasy & lose myself in it. I never hallucinate though...although when I close my eyes I do see weird things.

I can sort of will myself to trip, or sometimes I randomly trip balls for no reason. I think it's probably due to abusing certain psychedelic thangs. It can be both awesome and terrible. That's life though. What else can you do besides ?

I actually just got out of a 4-day stint in a psych ward for punching a guy in the face rofl.
I'm honestly a teddy bear and I wouldn't have normally done it.
