Thats a big brf cake?
I would lower the temp a bit any way, I really like 75.
Cakes are half pint size for a reason, anything bigger takes a long time.
I don't have a lot of experience with larger cakes. If it was me, I'd lower the temp and let it sit a while longer. Growth could be happening in the inside.
If it doesn't start going again, then yeah maybe treat it like a grain jar. I dunno I've never smashed a cake up.

Is there any air exchange on that bag as that could be the problem? I can't tell from the picture.

I inoculated three bags that I purchased from out-grow. Each bag has an inoculation point and an air exchange port.
Here's the funny part:
On the very first bag, I didn't realize which port was which and my dumb noob ass inoculated and taped over the air exchange port. AHHH!!!! Then it dawned on me that something wasn't right and did more research to discover my error. Twelve days later, that bag has double the mycelium growth as the two bags that were inoculated correctly!
I've kept them at around 80* and that seems to be great so far. I would smash your bags and get that mycelium moved around. From what I understand, this will stall growth for several days and then...WHAM...the mycelium will go into overdrive. But this is my first attempt, so what the hell do I know?!?!?

you need to unroll the top of that bag and pull out on the gussets to let air in the filter patch, assuming it has one
