media parroting... what's Obama managed to accomplish, as I recall the media has said that congress has been blocking everything he's tried to achieve and somehow RP is supposed to shit some magic spell that controls congress
Paul has more power in congress than as president, as president he van veto a bill but congress can revote and pass it without his pen
That magic spell would be media coverage of a speech aired at just the right time of day.
Seriously, if more people heard him speak, completely uninterrupted and without media fools talking about how crazy he is in the end, more people would open up to his ideas. People need to be allowed to draw their own conclusions because they have been reliant on the opinions of others for far too long.
And he has actually been getting more and more people to help him in congress recently. He used to be just one lone "no" vote in congress in the 70s. He's come quite a way.
people have heard him speak and regardless of the speech all he can do is talk and sign something into law, the president doesnt introduce the bills to strike down any of this shit, the president doesnt vote on it, the president writes his name. if congress doesnt like his ideas they'll do what they've done with obama's budgets and reject them
Ron isn't running for solely for the presidency, he is also running to educate people, and he does a damn-good job at it, I think. In fact, I believe that is his main objective in all of this and it has been since the beginning.
A Ron Paul presidency would change a lot more than most people realize. It's not all about the direct effect, and you can't base this off of how he currently stands, especially judging by media, because he is intentionally misrepresented and disregarded in the media. The fact that he would actually get media coverage as president(or even just Republican nominee), will be enough for him to change the hearts and minds of millions. From there, it's only a matter of time before we take back what's rightfully ours.

End the Federal Reserve/audit the gold reserves at Fort Knox, abolish the IRS, end all wars and occupancies, stop the building of an empire that will inevitably fail, and cut all unconstitutional federal programs. Put the power back in the peoples' hands by ending this nanny-state.

Yep, the MSM does not report an accurate count. Looking at the link Pris posted, I can tell you for a fact that my home state is not correct. I was at the MN state convention this past weekend to support Dr. Paul, and it was almost a clean sweep. We would have had a clean sweep if one of our potential delegates didn't give his spot to Michele Bachmann. Minnesota is for a fact sending 33 Ron Paul delegates to Tampa out of 40 delegates total.
I can't say for certain how far off the other states are, but I know that Ron Paul also won Iowa, and Pris's link only gives him 1/28...
minnesota from that link shows RP getting 30 delegates for RP, Mn also isnt a state with a binding delagate count, some are a winner takes all, some are

Couldn't agree more with this. Shit, back in 2008, whenever I mentioned him, people would always stare dumbfounded: "Who the fuck is Ron Paul? Now, you hear people actually talking about him, supporting his issues, etc. Most seem to have the biggest problem with cutting defenses.
I know there isn't a shot in hell of him winning, but I'm going to vote either him or Gary Johnson regardless.

"Foremost among them was the suspicion that my strange and ungovernable instincts might do me in before I had a chance to get rich. No matter how much I wanted all those things that I needed money to buy, there was some devilish current pushing me off in another direction – toward anarchy and poverty and craziness. That maddening delusion that a man can lead a decent life without hiring himself out as a Judas Goat." - The good Doctor
The numbers jump around, and they vary from one reporter to the next. What matters is physical presence. That's what you need to win delegates. Ron Paul supporters manage to use their numbers to sweep GOP conventions. Voting for delegates is done in person through voice vote and not some electronic voting booth, which is later to be counted. See it as you like, but the facts indicate that RP is the people's choice, and the voice that is intentionally being silenced. Or maybe it's that Romney's supporters care enough only to vote in their county caucus but not appear for delegate voting? Just doesn't make sense.
