 1st, 2nd, 3rd flushes + Massive fruits!

I was pleasantly surprised when I returned from a 5 day vacation....
1st flush: Treasure Coast : As predicted from the weak pinset and wispy mycelium appearance, average yield, but better than expected
2nd flush: Amazon : 1st flush was rather average, so I had low expectations. They shit everywhere. What a mess.
3rd flushes: Ecuador: I didn't even dunk these for the 3rd go, I just wanted to see what they'd do on their own. I was blown away. Some of these guys were saucer size!

Wow. Why does the 3rd flush have such big fruits? Less fruit, but bigger. Is that how the 3rd flush usually is? And are those black amazons edible still?

As far as I know, the remaining nutes + the surface area of the substrate that hasn't previously fruited combine to create big fruits in sort of a last ditch effort. The substrate has dried out by now and this is the mycelium's final act.
The black Amazons are fine. They just look like shit (-)

Dry weight is 15 grams. The cap is 7, the stem is 8.

Treasure Coast : final dry : 200 grams.
Actually ended up being my highest record. Though the fruits are thin and not so pretty, over 7 oz really impressed me!
