They're back and mean business.
My poo is darker now too for some reason.
Shitting a lot and the wiping itself is excruciating. I wipe, wash my hands and within minutes I need to go again.
My ass is already red raw and here we go again? The piles are gaining territory, brooding, malevolent, moving ever southwards.
What can I do now?
When I wipe my ass I'm wiping piles.

In the spare bathroom, I hang my ass over the tub and spray my shithole with the water hose. I do a quick wipe to dry my ass and haven't had to wipe shit in over a decade. Nothing like watching shitballs go down the drain.

Hemaerrhoids. Or however you spell it. False piles or external is painful not much bleedy .. true piles Are internal and bleed like a fuck duck and not hurt much
