Thoughts on dat dere Victorian mushroom?

Hunting around a bunch of pines.. underneath the needles I found groups of these little babys surrounding the base of trees.

are these magical? sorry for the lack of everything but maybe you would have some idea by picture/location alone.

I've got sub ID'ing down as far as im aware..

why did my patch have to get destroyed?!

They are a Mycena sp. Not active
