 What Happened?

Last night i woke up to hearing horrible scary demonic laughing and couldn't move... started to panic a bit then realised it was just sleep paralysis....then after that i remembered reading about astral projection and and lucid dreaming and thought that i would give it a go. so after i broke out of the paralysis i tried to get into the trance like state again.
after a bit i woke up....and i was convinced i was tripping had morphing visuals like i was on shrooms or something, i tried to get out of bed but i couldn't walk i felt very wobbly on my legs and my girlfriend asked me if i was all right, i replied yes then lied on my back enjoying the trippy visuals whilst talking to her for a bit, that part seemed soooo real....then at that point i felt the sleep paralysis coming on i rode through it without panic then i managed to raise my left arm and my right shoulder up (whilst still feeling my physical body still lying down)before awaking for real...
i then asked my girlfriend if i was talking to her and if i got up out of bed and she replied no i was asleep... was this lucid dreaming or astral projection?
the same night i tried again, relaxed then went through the body tingles buzzing and couldn't move...then when it passed i got up but felt very weird and fuzzy almost like my whole body was buzzing, i was lying on my front and didn't see no body still lying down so dont know what was happening so i lied down and woke back up a few seconds back to my normal self ... what was that and if it was lucid dreaming/ astral projection how could i practice and get better and have a full on experience?

Yea, the sensations you experienced, such as the vibrations and feelings wobbly, are those that happen right before an "astral projection" exit or whatever you want to call it.

William Buhlman's is the first I read and is a good introduction. Robert Monroe's in the classic work that all the other cite to. If you don't mind reading on a computer screen, I could email you a bunch of PDFs.

i dont believe that demons are after me during sleep paralysis im pretty sure you can get hallucinations from all senses and correct me if im wrong but im pretty sure that was just a audio hallucination.

In my confused states of mind/imagination, this demon made of edible goo lovingly latches on to my back, but if I get afraid of him, he starts gnawing on my head violently, but other times if I just take it easy he puts his turnip boner in my ass or slaps on it on my thigh and I involuntarily and sexually growl like a demon with him. It's pretty fucked up. Once he followed me from an OBE into a dream and we tried to rape children together.
I seriously gotta cheer up, and I think I need to get laid too.

I know these feelings very well.
a few years back I discovered I could work myself into a deep trance state, when it is coming on, it feels like my whole body is falling asleep, like when you sit on your leg for too long, intense numb tingling all over, then boom... 
Whilst sleeping, when I get "attacked" or "astrally project" or am visited by an ancestor or a spirit, I get these sensations too. Particularly the tingling and buzzing...
I used to get sleep paralysis a lot when I was younger... I fucking hated it. I devised a system with my brothers as to know when it was happening. I would try my hardest to scream and all that would come out was very soft moans. I taught them that when they would hear that, not to mock me, but wake my ass up, the fuckers.

yeah sleep paralysis can be very scary not being able to move doesnt bother me coz i know what it is ... is the audio hallucinations that can freak me out and once i had old had syndrome where someone was sat on my back and that was freaky aswell lol

Yeah, I know the feeling man... It's intense shit.
This is one of my incidents like that which I wrote about in a journal...
"Smoke fills my eyes. I feel myself slip into another reality as I lay in the blackness; I can sense it reaching out, caressing my existence, pulling me and cradling me, making me numb. I can see again but I’m paralyzed, all I can see is the dripping threshold of the door, something is there… I see its legless body slowly clawing toward my feet; once it is there I feel its cold rotting hand grab me. I panic; there is nothing I can do to stop this entity from changing things... I feel my body convulsing, my eyes start to bleed and liquefy. I feel the painful venom of reality stinging my nerves. It whispers something in my ear. I feel a sense of understanding yet I am confused. I hear a drop of water, a tear, echoing as it slides down my face, exposing what is under my flesh. I feel a sense of comfort as I feel our reality pulling me back. I open my eyes, I am asleep again."
