Before you commit suicide, live at least one week to the fullest together with your wife. Have a nice dinner in a fancy restaurant, go to the movies, do some LSD or shrooms together,... Whatever floats you and your wife's boat.
When you still decide to commit suicide, either abort the baby or make sure he/she will be dead as well. Because, as you probably know, their is a high risk that the baby has this hideous disease as well. Even if he doesn't have it, you'll be putting your baby in a very bad situation if he is alive and his parents are dead.
There are multiple ways to commit suicide in a way that you won't suffer or experience any major discomfort. I have had suicidal thoughts myself for over 10 years and I've spent a lot of time on how to commit suicide in a comfortable way (the reason I didn't do it yet is because I'm in a very serious relationship and things are starting to look up for me - there are other reasons as well, but I won't share them on a public forum).
The best way to commit suicide, in my opinion, is the following: Purchase a lot of alcohol, a combination of downer drugs, preferably barbiturates like for instance secobarbital, but if you can't get these you could also go with hard opiates like oxycodone and heroin and benzodiazepines like alprazolam and bromazepam - etizolam would work too, and since etizolam is a Research Chemical you can legally buy it on the internet (mostly from the U.K.).
You could buy 2 grams of etizolam powder (to split between you and your wife - that's a gram each) for a reasonable price. Make a lethal cocktail of the etizolam and the hard opiates (if you are able to get opiates, that is) by mixing the etizolam powder with the crushed opiate pills (or the heroin if you choose to use that).
Also get a hold of 6 airtight plastic bags from a size that could fit your head twice (make sure there are no holes in them by filling them with water!), some rubber elastics [see Pic01*] that fit tight around your neck, some plastic straps that are about 50 centimeters in length [see Pic02*], and some industrial duct tape [see Pic03*].
The following pictures give you an idea about what I meant in the previous paragraph:

Now for the actual suicide:
1) First make sure both you and your wife get really, REALLY drunk. Put on some nice music, dim the lights, and enjoy a light meal (don't stuff yourself full, the alcohol and the downer drugs work better on an empty or near-empty stomach. Some light snacks or small tasty toasties or no problem though.
2) When you're really drunk, ingest the downer drugs - this part is KEY, so don't be afraid of using to many (after all, you're committing suicide)- the more, the better!
3) Then each put 2 or 3 plastic bags EACH over your head (you use multiple bags because if there is a tear in one of them that you have overlooked while doing the water-test you still have backup bags).
4) Now first apply the rubber elastics (make sure they are REALLY TIGHT so no air can get in!), use at least 5 elastics EACH!
5) After you have applied the rubber elastics, apply AT LEAST 5 plastic straps EACH, make sure they are also really tight so no air can flow through (but don't make them so tight that you have trouble breathing). You could also cut the parts that stick out with a pair of scissors, but leave at least 1 centimeter sticking out (otherwise they might come off).
6) Now apply the industrial duct tape around the neck. Make sure you cover the straps, the elastics, and the whole of your neck. Make sure you use a lot of duct tape. You can repeat this process if wanted, so there are multiple layers of duct tape around your neck. Anyway, make sure by now everything is air-tight.
7) Now just lay back and close your eyes. Due to the high amounts of alcohol and other downers in your systems, both you and your wife will probably fall asleep. If not, don't panic. Just keep breathing slowly. Due to the fact that the bag slowly runs out of oxygen and gets filled with CO2, both you and your beloved will fall asleep very soon. Death by carbon monoxide poisoning, also known as "The Silent Killer".
You won't notice any extreme discomfort at all and in my opinion this is the best way to commit suicide. I wish both you and your wife the best of luck! May you both live happily in the afterlife.

Problems that I wouldn't even wish on my worst enemy (except for one, maybe). Committing suicide is their own choice, and who are we to judge this man or his wife? Retarded Americans, put yourself in this guys position for a moment or at least have a minimum of empathy and sympathy. Everyone has the right to take his own life, especially if he doesn't want to keep suffering anymore. That being said, I hope the next posters will be more understanding towards this poor man and his wife.

Just take an anti-emetic like metoclopramide then like 20-30 minutes later or however long it takes to get in your system and do thangs mix 15 grams of sodium pentobarbital into a drink like apple juice because the pentobarbital is quite bitter. Within a 1-6 minutes you will fall into a deep sleep. A few minutes later you will go into a coma. About 7-30 minutes later or up to an hour later you will be dead.

You could steal it from a vet. This happened where I live a few years ago. The company that delivers medication to vets just put a box full of goodies on his doorstep, and someone just picked it up and took of with it. It even made national news (I live in a very small country ). I suppose you could search a vet, go to his address and hide somewhere until the delivery van comes, and hope the vet isn't home (or just snatch a box out of the van when they aren't looking).
If that doesn't work, I say go for the bag method!
