My near death experience and the questions surrounding it for me

So when I was really little I hit my head on a coffee table and started crying. I cried and I cried and I cried. I never stopped crying. And soon I ran out of oxygen. But even then I didn't inhale. I turned all sorts of lovely shades of purple and my brother grabbed the babysitter who called 911 and I was rushed to a hospital in an ambulance. No oxygen to my brain or body for minutes on end.
Anyways, the details aren't too important except in that I get the distinct impression that I might have been trying to off myself.
If there is any truth to what the Buddhists say about reincarnation and being closest to your past lives in the earliest years, I might have just said enough is enough and tried to get out before I got started again. And I really do wonder if this is the case. If nothing else, take this as a reflection of my feelings towards the cycles of birth/death. It sucks, get out early.

Physical reality is hard to adjust to.

I died for an hour when I was little. I still get dreams of the full event sometimes.

I think we are learning something very important here.

I would agree with you but I'm not sure if that's where it's going. That's where all/most of my effort is going towards, waking up, but I'm unsure if I'm tricking myself due to Death Anxiety. There's only one way to find out I suppose.

i've heard one healer say that earth is regarded as a 'prison planet' - basically not a very good place to incarnate - dunno if there's any truth to it, but incarnation in general seems to be a drag

How I see it, we are like a probe into physical reality by a more "complete", for lack of a better word, part of our self.

I've often referred to earth as the insane asylum of the universe. Once you check it... you can never check out.

And right now we're anally probing physical reality. That would explain all the shit.
