I'm that way now but I'm 59. I chased back in the day. I caught Herpes.

i don't think a bug has the capacity to self reflect on its identity in that manner, i don't think so?
am i also that? no, i am only ever 'this'
taking ourself to be some thing is never correct because a self can never be found in any thing and there is total compassion in this aswell, its not creating separation or conflict
its just seeing that everything that is seen appears within 'seeing', but the seeing is never defined by what is seen, there's no true attachment so ultimately you can never be what you are seeing, there is so much freedom, absolutely nothing i ever see can truly be me
maybe when someone reads this they might get annoyed or defensive, an identity resisting being exposed but the feeling of defensiveness is seen, what are you ever defending? your not that
maybe im just mad

"absolutely nothing i ever see can truly be me"
some time ago u posted something similar to this. something like "one who is in a dream can not know what the waking state is like, only speculate". the following night i saw a dream in which i was told, by mooji i think, something similar. then i actually felt being aware of being in a dream and not having any way of ever knowing what is real. felt like going mad until woke up/returned to the familiar territory of the waking state. i'm not sure how this kind of deep resistance (if that's what it is) is overcome but i guess some calamity might force it out eventually

I've had dreams like this aswell, it's like it can throw the mind into a thought loop, maybe in the dreamworld there was no space to know reality so the attempt threw the dreamworld (the mind) into a frenzy, so it is like a kind of resistance. In this waking state we can realize reality as ourselves/as awareness, do it as much as you can & it will follow you into the dream state, thats what happens ime.
The thought 'i can never know what is real' is just a thought, appearing within reality, yourself

If you are no self in anything, no self at all, nothing is left. Nothing would then be everything as duality is the only permanent. So you are Mooji, and you are the Chronic, and you are the insect. You are everything inhabiting a body at this moment?
Disconnect.
What are you?
