 spawn bags with contams? Sorry, no pics. Please read though

If a spawn bag had trich in it, would it still smell mushroomey? I don't have any pics to post right now but what I noticed is these very tiny, small, very faint blueish spots in a big spot covered with mycellium. When broken up you can smell that mushroom smell and inside the grain covered with mycellium doesn't look bad at all. Any ideas? btw, these bag were done with g2g and the donor bag was a couple of months old. No signs of contams in it and I used most of that bag to spawn to a substrate, which turned out just fine. The only thing with the bag is that since it was so old, when i broke it up, it bruised all to hell. And these spots with the very lite blue, aren't aggressive at all. And the mycellium hasn't stalled either.

Trich spores are green not blue; sounds like bruised mycelium to me.

Would this still happen to the old colonized graines that was mixed with the new grains?

I'm not sure what you mean? Living mycelium can be bruised at any stage of growth to my knowledge.

If it was trich though, it would of exploded after a few days, wouldn't it?
