Yes, but at the same time the mind loves this kind of thing left as an idea, left as just a thought, when the actual experience of it is not based in thought. The thought 'i am everything' is actually a defense mechanism keeping the direct experience of 'i am everything' at a distance. When it's experienced 'i am everything' the thought 'i am everything' is not there, no thoughts are there, just pure experience of 'what is'
So saying 'i am everything' is bs unless thats an actual experience, its just a thought, just philosophy
With 'I am nothing' the thinking mind can not survive & leaves the experience of 'i am nothing/everything' which is there when there are no ideas/thoughts of any kind, only reality as it is.
Affirmation or negation can lead to the same experience, but negation is more honest, as affirmation can be based in belief, whereas negation rejects belief itself.
