You trolling, Bassfreak? Serious question, I wonder why some people bother 'contributing' to forums. You should trying being nicer, it's more pleasant for everybody. 
Not saying you shouldn't voice your opinion or even talk a little shit, it is the playoffs, and a certain degree is fun. But you take it too far and too seriously, you'll end up being ignored by a bunch of people who could be cool as hell. You end up dividing the community that way, seems pointless to detract from potentially good banter for the sake of being rude.
Not gonna ignore you, but just try and turn it down a notch, it's only a game man.

I dunno man, I got a sneaky feeling PHX might take it, plus I got a buddy who lives out there, so I'll be rooting for them on his behalf... until Round 3 of course. 
Not sure about Jersey but they are gritty in the post season and always play with guts IMO, long time since I watched any live games though. I remember when Brodeur signed for them, sitting by the fire watching the games on tv as a kid, some of my best memories.
Anyone else think this might finally be STL's year? I think they deserve it, and they are my home team. It's been a long time coming, even when we had CUJO and Hull and Oates etc, we never quite had it in the play-offs, usually because of Mr. Federov and his dirty Red Wings..
Can't wait to see how this all plays out though, how did I miss the NHL thread the last 2 years??

That game gave me goddamn aneurysm... I still think the Preds will pull through. They outplayed Phoenix. I think that much is clear. Phoenix just executed a great set piece and got kinda lucky. I don't expect any less than 7 games though.

No doubt, they're a good team. But the 1st and 2nd Preds and Yotes were fairly even. 3rd period and OT, Nashville pretty much dominated Phoenix. Phoenix just happened to capitalize on a well executed set piece.
