#2 You are playing this allll wrong. SO you confessed your feelings, then nothing happened for 2 months? She didn't crush your heart dude, you were just too slow. A lot happens in a few months, don't take it personally. And now, she's still talking to you, in a positive sense, yet you refuse to talk to her because of 'your word'?? You can change your own mind dude. Stop fooling around if you really like her.
#4 Seems like you should move on from all of these stupid situations, find someone close enough to you to have a relationship with, who isn't fucking their ex; someone you really like.

Knowing #1 today i don't regret that decision. Not one bit. She would have been a handful

I don't know what to say about #2 other then your right from your point of view.
I have not gone into details about how much she really did hurt me. And i know i can't explain "my word" part because you already do not share that belief.
That's the game plan. Further myself, work and my hobbies while searching for someone who i want to be with

I know you may not want to date her anymore, but I at least feel you should still maintain contact with her.
I know I was wrong in some other areas of my advice, but you should never burn bridges unless absolutely necessary.
(this is the only advice I'd suggest without taking it with a grain of salt)
You never know what you can gain from a rekindled friendship.

The friendship was never completely lost. For all i know she has no idea how i felt after the camping trip. Right now i am trying to find out if she does.

It would be hard to forget it.
It was a great turning point in my life about who i wanted to become from who i was.
In a way i thought i made me stronger but now i question that.
