 Advantages of having ur own place

What you think r some advantages of having ur own place vs living with parents or anyone else?
Offhand a few come to mind-
Make noise all hours of the day.
Smoke weed around ur place 
No need for clothes if u dont want 
Easier to party or have chills with friends any time of the day
Easier to have ur own schedule, maybe other people might wake u up otherwise
Cons are you have to pay the rent but thats probably the main thing

having roommates sucks soooooo hardcore.
i do whatever i want whenever i want.
fuck yeah to that

you can do whatever you want, like cook mushrooms naked. bottom line, privacy. (listen to music however loud, have all your electronics on and be surprised when the bill comes, parties at 4 am, fuck yeah!)
but most importantly, I like no body moving my stuff, knowing exactly where everything is, going to the grocery and remembering you have milk left and that it'll actually be there when you get back. it's the little things that count. definitely worth it.

There also cons to upkeep. Depending on the size, it can be a pain keeping up on a place.

You can commit suicide without someone calling 911 all the time.
On a serious note, the only cons to having your own place is the cost and maintenance.
Other than that, having your own place is the shits.

- Doing what u want when u want
- Sex, drugs, music, u name it
- You get to chose your food supplies
- A place to call ur own
- Independence
- Growing mushies 
CONS
- Cleaning and laundry
- You have to cook anything
- Loneliness sometimes (but then i got a cat)
Living alone is great... i've had 12 years of it... I do have roomies everyonece in a while and it can be quite an experience but i'm still the one who signed the contract so I get to say how things are done.

Check this out, 650.00 a month for rent, my bills are about 950.00 for EVERYTHING for now. I make about 400.00 a week and live one block from my job. I know this will never be this way for long or maybe even ever again, so I am enjoying this hell out of this for now. AND I work on the average about 21 hours a week. No car payments either. I live alone.

Pros to living on your own are you get to have your own schedule...if you want to go to bed at 9pm you dont have to worry about people keeping you up, if you want to stay up and party until 5am you dont have to worry about keeping people up. You can do whatever the F you want! Dont have to wory bout people walking in on you having sex with a stranger  FREEDOM!!
It does get lonely sometimes (thats where a dog comes in handy) 
all in all...the pros SOOO outweigh the cons!!

Just moved out into my first place a couple months ago. It is great. I can trip alone, smoke alone, and meditate in quiteness. No roommates. It is amazing. :-)

I like my flatmates, they are pretty chill for the most part. Not too happy that they won't let me cook though. They're afraid I am going to burn the place down. I told them I won't because it's where I keep my stuff.
Also informed them that is I can't cook, I am not contributing to the food fund.

Shit I do all that and I am unemployed.
It's the wife that works.
But damn if she don't drive me on the weekends 
Eh i feel lke that kid in the basement.... I swear I am looking for a job.
It's cool though, we just don't drink as much.
