 I had a Schizophrenic relapse today.

I forgot to take my Saphris this morning. ( yeah I know, I'm dumb )
and today in the car I had to turn all the vents away from me because I was afraid the government was watching me through the vents. 
I realize now that what I did was crazy. But in the moment I was freaking out.

God man that has to be fucking weird. Cant you tell though that SOMETHING is amiss in the midst of that mindset? I Guess its hard for me to fathom it, but I would think the moment I did something like that I would ask myself.

What are you prescribed?
At least it doesn't seem as bad as the 2 girls 
Also, when were you diagnosed schizo and do you know the cause of it?

I don't understand how you are able to post this all yet you don't realize it while it's happening? Like is there some sort of event horizon you go through that makes you snap out of it and realize that it was nonsense? I don't even know how to word what I'm trying to say.
Like is there like a switch in your head that makes you suddenly realize it was bullshit made up in your head? Did the delusions only stop when you got the medication in your system?

I'm prescribed 5mg Saphris in the morning 10mg at night and 20mg Valium in the morning and 20mg at night.
The two girls I don't mind actually. Since being on the saphris I haven't seen them much, and in an odd way I can't explain, I kind of miss them.
I was Diagnosed in August 2010. I had my first episode July 15th 2010.
I believe it's hereditary. My cousin had it, and so did my great uncle.
My great uncle died naturally in an institution and my cousin killed himself after having it for two years.

I think after I calm down, sit back, and think about it, I realize it's all crazy. Though part of me is still paranoid as fuck. My girl wants me to run to wal-mart to get her shaving gel, but I'm too afraid.
So I guess It's still there.
The valium did help with the anxiety though. I was shaking like a leaf, and my heart was pounding. I felt like I was going to pass out. Thankfully it works quick and lasts long.
