Anyone else tried this or done it successfully? I'm trying it now and I haven't had a cig in four days, but I smoke like 1 black & mild a day, sometimes two. I'm usually broke and my granddad says I don't smoke cigs because I don't have the money for them, but I think I proved him wrong when I had $5 and bought a 5-pack of black & milds, and it's only $2 and no change for a pack of Camel Signature Robust cigs. I'm sure it'll be easier to quit smoking black & milds, but they are smoother and they don't make me feel like shit like a cigarette usually does. I've been running a lot, usually like a mile or two in the morning and I went running/walking for an hour and 30 minutes last night and 2 hours the night before that. When I run and walk at night, I get some sort of crazy mood where I act like a psycho, but it's not that I don't have control of myself like I'm gonna go do something stupid, it's just that it makes me feel good...
That is actually how I quit smoking, people tried to talk shit about it but it works...they are made of pipe tobacco and honestly it's a lot weaker than a cig...I smoked them every other day or so for a few weeks, then it was a once a week thing, now I only smoke black and milds when I'm drunk...it has been a year and 3 months since I smoked a cig! Keep at it man u got it!

i recently quit weed to smoke bogus do to probation. ew hate em. still wanna smoke blacks tho its just a nice natural tobacco high for me. havent had one in days but i think theyl be easier for you to quit since bouges make me want another right after. blacks i dont get a super craving for even though there the best thing in the world. next to the budz but of course. we all gotta take breaks sometimes. hope you quit for good. once probations over bouges are outa my life for good too brother. weeds jus so much healthier i hate that its illegal for dumb reasons
