So I get this text from J this morning saying "Sorry I didn't answer your text last night. I was a little drunk, something happened last night."
I call her up and she says that she lost her virginity to one of her friends "sleezy" brothers. She never drinks so I'm guessing she was pretty drunk (3 beers). So I'm telling her she might have caught an std because this guy has a reputation for partying and getting drunk ALOT. She says she used a condom.

Just called her up and told her it was over. It fucking hurts but she was acting very unattached for a few weeks before this. I kind of saw a breakup coming but I didn't see it ending like this.

That would be rape. Three beers depending how long it took to drink them she could have been drunk or totally sober. Three chugged would put you around .100BA for 30 min easy.
