i doubt the dea is going to waste money and time to bust some random kid who has a couple cakes that can produce an ounce or two.
if anything, the guys who have the large grows that produce pounds at a time should be worried or the guys who post the massive amounts of rcs in the post your candy thread.

From what I have heard and seen: EK is down forever. LHG was recently down for a day, and might be compromised. "LHguy" is a sketchy guy who has worked with feds before, anyway. Other similar sites are closed down, or have become virtual ghost-towns. Most vendors with half a brain and any sense of intuition are shutting down. Some claim temporarily, most say indefinitely(from what I've seen/heard)
This looks a hell of a lot like webtryp 2 from what I've seen.
Be safe out there.

Glad I got my share while the gold rush was topping out, and got the fuck out of the scene unscathed (so far). Seems like most people who are going to jail are probably already there.

I think if this was true, we would be seeing the media helping LEO brag about the big juicy drug busts they made to protect our children. Why have we not seen ONE single media report of this yet?
I have heard this is an ongoing investigation.
I believe that means WT2 is coming.
Think about it...if they got the owner of a website, on charges that could bring 20 years if convicted.... he is going to sing like it's an opera. Think about how much info--how many peoples' info-- that guy may have been privy to....
... you really think it's over?

I don't think low level customers buying a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff here and there will get fucked with, though I'm sure anyone involved in the supply chain is looking at some door kicks.
The media has much bigger stories to report on, with new massacres popping up every day, along with nuclear weapons races.
If your not supplying the scene, I just really don't see anything happening. I don't think cops can arrest a drug dealer on a street corner, and obtain no-knock warrants for everyone in his phones contact list, just because they have been in contact with him.

^And news websites base front page news on page views of the story, and the msn story never even made it to the front page, cause noone really gives a shit about it except the people in the scene and the dozen communities that the busts occurred in.
It's not that anyone is hushing it up, it's that noone cares except the few people aware of or affected by it.

I apologize, but I'll have to disagree with your (first) post. Stories about drug dealers make news all the time. A 2 kilo drug bust involving importation, an alleged charge that carries 20 federal years, and a massive fine...? And they wouldn't care to report that? I have seen the news report smaller things.
When was there an MSN story about the EK / "woot" thing?
