 God damned cat puked on my rug last night!  2

And I almost stepped in it this morning. Now puking on the carpet, I can deal with even though I don't particularly like it.
But he puked on my rug, which is kind of like a stiff cord basket weave design. Kinda like how wicker furniture is. So many little nooks and crevices, I have no fucking clue how I'm going to get this up.
God dammit, at least I didn't step in it like last time when he puked right outside of my damn bedroom door.

I hate that shit!  I have a perfectly good linoleum kitchen floor to puke on that would make cleanup a few wipes of a wet cloth, but no, they puke on the fucking carpet where it just rubs it the fuck in.

Let it dry then vacuum it up, then spray it with a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution. Then let that dry and vacuum again.

Probably not. I'd probably get it even dirtier just by dragging it outside. There's so much pollen on the back deck.
And yeah, where he puked on the rug is literally 6 feet from my fucking kitchen hardwood floor. I've literally had to pick him up and throw him in the kitchen before when I've heard him start to yack. Then he gets scared and runs back into the living room only to puke on the carpet again.
Motherfucker, I wish there was a way I could make him clean up his own damn mess.

When i hear my cat hacking. i grab a paper plate. I shove the plate under him and he pukes onto that. Wallah, no mess.

It's already dry. He must've done it at some point last night. But I'll try that.
It's just in all the nooks and crannies. It's not exactly a flat surface.

That's a great idea, but out of the dozens of times he's done it over the years, I think I've been close enough to him maybe 5 times. And even with that I was no where close to a paper plate or anything else before he lets loose.
He tends to puke at night or during the afternoon when I'm not home. So I get a nice little surprise when I wake up or get home.
