Awe.. just beat me to it. L. emidendrum, "Wolf's milk"! Arrhenia chlorocyanea sounds pretty good for your "Hygrocybe". Other than that, I agree with RD about the Pholiota sp..
Seriously though, NICE Morel score bud!! That's really awesome that you were able to find some natural Morels (as opposed to the Landscape morels) in the Mid-Willamette Valley.. A big goal of mine. You beat me to it! Question, if you don't mind me asking, were those found in the flood banks of The Willamette River? Good stuff brother...

South Satiam river, I found them in a park. I am going to look in a few more location like this one tomorrow and see if I have the same luck. Good luck to you my friend, Their out there.

Nice stuff MJK!
I think your Hygrocybe sp. might actually be an Entoloma sp.

Your blue Hygrocybe looks like it could be Arrhenia chlorocyanea.

I will confess something that should be quite obvious, CC. I love mushrooms, i.e. fungi. I really do. I am talking about a strong feeling, i.e. emotion, for them. I think they are beautiful. I even dream of them.

I went out today to look in the same habitat as the morel I found yesterday... low and behold they were there. I think maybe it's a bit soon yet because the ones I found at this place were very little.
This is a half buried branch covered with mycelium, not sure which kind but it still looked cool to me.

weathered Trametes versicolor?

Morchella sp.

Type of trees they were found under.

Total, I know it's not much but still a nice snack. They really seem to like to grow in whatever type of moss that is in the lower left hand corner.

I wasn't sure where to post there but I got a new camera and wanted to try it out. quinoa seedlings

pear tree in bloom.

Greenery. These are a third generation clones, I have started to notice the genetics are a little screwy, some leafs don't fork and all and they just don't seem to look quite right.
