 going under anesthesia with H in my system please help- UPDATED

Update: Everything was fine. I dont get why they say shit like dont do drugs or anything the week before surgery but then when I actually get there im like I have opiates in my system I have a heavy opiate tolerance and the doc goes "oh thats fine. do you have any for us? haha"
ok so friday I get my wisdom teeth pulled and I have been using H for the past few days and I used today but am not going to anymore before they get taken out. I am going to chug a ton of water and all that so it should be almost out of my system before I get put under anesthesia. If it is still in my system and I get put under will I die? I wont be high tho, it just might still be in my system.
I dont want to tell the doctor because my moms taking me to the place because my car is broke down right now so she will be there and I dont really want her knowing but if its a really serious matter Ill just have to tell the doctor.

Seems like a very bad idea.

When is your dentist appointment? I ask because opiates usually stay in the user's system for only a few days.

I'd be more worried about tolerance preventing anesthesia from working effectively, causing you to have one fucking painful surgery

drugs can be in your system and not still be causing you to be high dude. H lasts 2 days in your system..your not high for 2 days.

Well, anesthesia often has two chemicals, one that paralyzes you, and one that blocks pain.
Ever heard those horror stories of the people who are unable to move during their surgery, but still feel everything?
Some anesthesia is done with a different chemical that blocks sodium channels, which shouldn't have a tolerance effect with your H, but there's a chance of the former in which you might experience something like that horror story.
I'm wasted and too lazy to do some research for you, so that's off the top of my drunk head. Grain of salt n shit.

Am I confusing anesthesia with the shit that makes you fall asleep? is does anesthesia just numb you and not knock you out? they are knocking my ass out for this so idk if thats actually anesthesia. I think it is though. I hope the use the ketamine on me yumm

It really depends, sometimes they knock you out completely, other times they use a combination of muscle relaxers/paralyzers and opiates. And that's just general anesthesia. There's also local anesthesia.

ya its definately general anesthesia they are using. and if they use an opiate I would have to tell them about my use because I would need more than normal person but with the other ones I am worried about not waking up.
idk why I am so sketched out but I have heard that even using heroin a few days prior to surgery can cause you to never wake up when the put you under.

Dont tell them you use opiates, they'll start looking at you like your a strung out junkie and will refuse to give you any type of script for them.

so basically all I have to worry about is the drugs not working enough and I will feel pain? that I can handle. I was thinking I was going to go into a coma or some shit..
