 Third Flush...Contamination, Any Ideas?

This is the third flush of P. Cubensis B+ four days after a 12 hour dunk. The first two flushes looked fine but these look much different...stems very grainy - stringy almost and the caps!? I've been searching the forums with no luck so any help is greatly appreciated.
Any ideas what caused this? I've been as sterile as possible but realize it doesn't take much. Thanks.

All from genetics. The oddness is due to genetic mutations. Not a problem at all

Do you use a bunch of Lysol or other chemicals to try to keep things sanitary?
Petroleum products can cause that kind of gills on the outside mutation.

As you can tell I'm very new at this...searched everywhere, or so I thought, prior to posting to realize I was searching nothing even close.
I did use a disinfectant prior to the entire setup. The first two flushes seemed great but I decided to clean the entire chamber out and wipe down after the second flush...mistake #??....and see now that most likely contributed. Thanks for the help, realize it's a very basic question after I was pointed in the right direction!!

Thanks again. 3 of the cakes now have distinct white spots (looks more like a ring on 1) that started yesterday different than anything seen to this point. I was going to toss them in fear of contam...would you recommend the same?

It's quite possible. I would toss them or move them outside if those white patches start turning green.
