If ur urine is usually yellow or light yellow is that normal?
I never noticed before so I dn't know in the past but i know usually my urine is yellowish lol and never seems to be completely clear

The darker it is, the harder your kidneys are working. if its light yellow, it just means you are relatively hydrated and your kidneys aren't being overworked filtering crap.
Wanna freak yourself out, pop a vitamin B75. Your urine will look radioactive.

But even when I drink a lot of water I get dehydrated very fast, maybe it's just fast metabolism.

I've noticed before but I feel like it's been a lot more yellowy for the past month than it used to be but urine test at my doctor showed my urine to be clear. The only other thing I could do to test it is to get an ultrasound but it's a lot of money for something that could easily be nothing. Even with insurance it'd still prob be like $300 around.
Also sometimes if I pee in a bottle occasionally I notice little white pieces but I've read online that is actually supposedly normal.

If you are slim, chances are the water you are drinking is just passing through you as there is no unnecessary cells to retain it. So that's fine. But if you are pissing a lot, your urine is cloudy and you are losing weight without trying, you might want to go get yourself tested for diabetes.

No energy drinks. The only change is I just started two weeks ago taking 50,000 Vitamin D IU a week - but that was before this started happening.
I do usually drink at least one or two green teas during the day tho. Sometimes three or four.

Bro the only time I piss yellow is the first piss in the morning. After coffee and drinking water all day all I piss is clear about every hour to two hours, I drink about a liter or more. Whenever I drink a mountain dew (the only soda I will drink occasionally)I piss yellow.

The lighter your urine is the healthier and more hydrated you are. You probably need to drink more of drink less sugar and more water or at least more diet pop. I drink a shit ton of water and other drinks especially cause I smoke a lot of weed so I pee like way too often sometimes when I drink a lot caffeine especially too since it's a diuretic. But when I do I do notice it's clear.
Weird two threads about pee tonight.

This happened before I started taking large doses of vitamin d tho. I used to be taking maybe 1,000-2,000 a day. Also my left side sometimes hurts a little but it's hard to say if it's due to this or not.
But it doesn't seem normal that I always got yellow tinge to it. I think I might end up getting that scan. Might be worth it for peace of mind if it continues like this.
Also I mostly just drink water for the record (and green tea).
