There are a few possibilities. Bad spores, there are unreliable vendors out there Overly wet substrate Inoculation into still hot substrate Bacteria, you'd probably notice a smell eventually but the visual signs are not always that obvious.
If it were me I would just start over with them.

Closer, sharper pictures may show bacterial contamination. 80-85 degrees as well as too much moisture are good conditions for growing them.

YES I HAVE HAD THEM IN A HUMIDIFIER CHAMBER, WITH WATER AND HYDROTON, THEY STAYED MOIST, I SEE NO SIGNS OF CONTAMS, THEY LOOK AS IF THEY NEVER BEEN INCULATED, BUT JUST ONE, AND THE MYCO ON THAT IS GORGEOUS NO SIGNS OF CONTAMS, THE WAY THE PREMADE SUBSTRATE WAS MADE, WAS WITH A COTTON BALL RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE 1/2 PINT JAR, I HONESTLY DONT THINK, THE NEEDLE WAS LONG ENOUGH TO GET TO THE SUBSTRATE, BUT GOT LUCKY ON ONE, WHAT SHOULD I DO, RE-INCULATE AND JUST SEE WHAT HAPPENS OR THROW THEM OUT, THE PREMADE SUBSTRATE STILL LOOKS FRESH?!! HELP!! AND THANX!
