Just buy a $10 propane hand torch/tank and a cheap $3 glass pipe from a headshop. The cheapo pipes usually dont have carbs... Just heat it up and blow the chamber bigger.
Or blow a vial into one. Or blow a hole in a christmas light with the torch. There is like a million ways.

They sell this exact setup in most head shops for around $10. just ask for the glass "vaporizers" or ask for a pipe to smoke "concentrates"
