seriously. My gmail routed me to save info to recover my account if i was every blocked out and somehow it knew my phone number. How did they find out!?! i never put my number into anything. I think google is planning something terrible. Fuck them!!

All contacts are connected to your gmail account. You need to enter your gmail to get the phone turned on. Gmail with contacts are now your main operating email for your phone. Your phone automatically sees your email contacts and phone contacts as one in the same.
Go to your gmail account that your phone is registered under and look on the left tool bar, click on contacts, that will list all your phone number contacts from your phone.
Does this all make sense to you?
