 Leg Cramps While On B+ Mushrooms

I had 30g fresh and about 6g dry of B+ mushrooms. I mentioned they were B+ to rule out poisoning. After about 3-4 hours into the trip I started to get inner thigh cramps when I got out of my mates car. I did some stretches and some prey mantis/enter the dragon movements and it felt good but I could still feel the cramps. It wasn't painful but just reminded me of a HBWR cramp starting.
I could still feel it a little bit every now and then the next few days. Not like it was when I was on mushrooms but just a little sore and felt good to stretch. Might have been me just thinking about it being a cramp then feel something there though.
Has anyone else had this before?

Would there be any reason for this? I only got cramps that once. One of my friends get heartburn sometimes and they are the only person I know who gets it. Is there any way to stop these things or what would be the reason for it?

I get a sore back. I stretch it. I have the feeling a lot of it is in the mind. Stretch, relax, and drink lots of water. Tell yourself not to worry about the cramp so it doesnt become the centre of focus in your trip.

muscle cramps are common with psychadelics...
it can be a side effect of the drug, however anxiety itself can cause muscle tension and cramps as well. so, could be a combo of the drug and the anxiety that psychs sometimes cause.
can't say it enough, drink your water. staying hydrated takes care of everything. headaches, fatigue, tension, confusion, etc. can all be stemmed from lack of hydration.

yes I too have had this problem alot of times with shrooms I usually just get like a little stiffness in my inner thigh groin area usually just getn up and moving around a bit takes care of this but recently i had an experienc where we took about 2 g and had a great 4 or 5 hrs and decided to take another 2 g an hr or two later my left inner thigh and leg hurt extremely bad and I really would like to know what this could be I didnt lose it but came close just tried to ride it out and find humor int the movies i was watching ive heard that it lwers blood pressure i though i had a blood clot or something please help if you have more info

I was having a bad-ish trip one time, it was one of my first trips in fact, and I got cramp in my Sphincter ani externus and it was unpleasant! next it was my jaw muscles started aching so I stopped gritting my teeth as well as scrunching my arsole.
More seriously though watch for deep vein thrombosis, I had this after an air flight and it felt just like cramp, but on the monitor in the hospital the clot was clearly visible on the monitor.

They put me on warfarin (rat poison) it made my blood so thin my gums bled, was on it six months and eventually the clots dissolved and disappeared.
I'm in my 50's and thrombosis is quite common in folk my age but not so much in younger people, the type I had is known as 'deep vein thrombosis' its common in people sitting for long periods of time without moving ie. aircraft flights, but pains in legs should never be ignored anyway. Like others said cramps can be common on mushrooms (and other psychedlics too I think) so its probably nothing to worry about at all.

I just experienced this while on PESA. The first time I thought it could be related to something else, but the second time I took them I had the same issue. Pain to my inner legs.

Sorry to revive an old post, but I've found that supplementing with magnesium helps some people tremendously with leg cramps.

Yeah thats pretty common, as long as cramps go away as trip goes.
I mean , were bipedal humans eating a fungus which has its own life cycle, possible unfavorable side effects are possible.
