Because people are stupid?
I never talk about drugs on Facebook/Email/Whatever. At WORST, I might hint at something that only my friends would pick up on. For example, I had a terrible trip one time and pictures of a kitten on my pal's phone helped bring me out of it. The next day, I posted something about Kitty Jesus being my one and only savior - the people that were there understood, got a giggle, and went on about their lives. Everyone else was like WTF? and it didn't matter.

I post from time to time "morning bong hits" or something like that. I posted something a few days ago about nitrous. "Legalize it", whatever. Being a drug user really isn't that big of a thing imo.
I have recently taken to deleting everything from my facebook though. I keep my last status (whenever it was) and a handful of pictures. And usually what other people post on it. But I delete all my statuses. Not because it helps me, I just like it neat like that.
I never post pictures of weed or bowls or anything like that. Occasionally (rarely) a blunt or joint or hookah or something, but for all anyone knows its tobacco.
Can't be too careful.

I have done it before, whether it was about LSD, MDMA or just weed. I don't live in America though and cops in my country are dumb as fuck so that's not too much of an issue.

Drug use is only cool when kept secret. Public drug use is lame.

Whats the worst that could happen? I mean, if you're friends with your boss, you might not want to put that on blast. And theres a diff between 'Yay I just sold the rest of my ounce, gotta re up!' and 'Mmm stoney' ; personally if I said either I don't think anyone would really care.

Totally disagree with you there. Why should someone have to only enjoy drugs responsibly in the secrecy of one's house?
I love going to the park on some lsd and eating a weed brownie

I love doing that too, but I don't go around telling everyone in the park that I ate LSD and a weed brownie.

No, i would never post a drug status online besides the shroomery. People who do so r morons. Its utterly stupid to post status updates of u getting high or doing some kinda drug on facebook. I see people do it all the time, but not me. And if u leave a comment drug-related on my wall, its getting deleted and u will get a friendly reminder from me via text or PM asking not to do that. Its well known facebook is used by the authorities

I think #8 just meant you don't necessarily have to be doing your drugs in the secrecy of your own home, it's allright to be doing them outside (as long as you act reponsible)

Why so ? Do you really think cops care about you blazing up every week-end ? They don't give a shit, and I don't see why people who post drug statuses on facebook are morons. You want your drugs legalized ? Time to come out of the closet my friend, take responsability for who you are and what you do.

I choose not to, personally. At most I might post something about weed, but I don't refer to myself using it. My "friends" and followers and whatnot are mostly just people I am around on a daily basis because of school, not actual friends. I don't want to end up posting and having someone I barely know lecture me about how drugs are bad or try to tell me I'm trying to be cool or anything like that. My personal life isn't really any of their business.

@ anonymous5. because people have gotten busted like that and family most often sees what you post. drinking, OK. but not anything illegal. everyone who knows me knows what I'm into and i don't need to brag about it via Facebook..

Well if you're dumb enough to be a juggalo you already deserve to fucking be taken down for being stupid.
Other than that, yeah, don't say "first of da month slangin them rocks 2 for 5 right around the way holla" or some shit. Saying "smoke sess with XXXXX and movies all night" is different.
Although its completely unneeded, so is that bitch telling me shes taking a shower and then picking up her daughter and cooking lunch for the bestie and sipping on kahlua and cream and whatever the fuck else this bitch is doing.
ya see? Its mainly annoying people who do shit like that anyway. Mines usually a joke or something I feel like people are interested in reading.

Nah... it's easy to say "fuck anyone who doesn't understand" but in the real world, there are consequences if the wrong person sees that stuff. I get enough flack for my political rants on there as it is. Andeven with fbooks security features, it's not difficult for someone you really don't want seeing your account to get into it.
Case in point... my sociology 101 prof pulled up 10 student's fbook profiles 4 years ago when I was a freshman on the 3rd day of class. All of them could have been charged with misdemeanors for the stuff on there. Good lesson... and yes he blanked out the specific names and did not pursue any legal action of course. It was just a lecture.
